Had an amazing trip with friends! We explored the local markets and enjoyed relaxing in the health club. The bars had a great vibe, and the food was delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that I’d recommend to anyone looking for a fun getaway.
The only downside was an unfriendly reception staff member who didn’t handle our check-in very well, which was disappointing.

I had a fantastic stay in a Beautiful Queen Room for 3 nights. The reception staff were friendly and helped with local recommendations. The spacious rooms were well-furnished and clean. Dining options were excellent as well. Everything felt luxurious and relaxing. 🌟

However, I encountered significant noise disturbance during my stay, largely due to music from a pub on the ground floor that carried up to the higher floors, which made it tough to get a good night's rest. Room cleaning frequency was disappointing as well, with only one proper clean during my stay lasting several days, leading to a sense of neglect over time. Additionally, the pricing at the bar felt steep, with charges for basic items that left a sour taste. it seemed like the costs were more than what a simple drink should be.

would come again
Had a fab 3-night stay in a Deluxe Queen Room with a kitchenette, flat-screen TV, and a cozy seating area. The fitness center and spa facilities were spot on, especially the full body massage. Breakfast was a highlight with homemade Belgian waffles! Super friendly staff helped with local recommendations too.

Highly recommend for solo travelers
My recent stay was quite something, I got upgraded to a suite, spacious, clean-a place where I could actually relax! The Moroccan guy at the reception was a lifesaver, efficiency and friendliness rolled into one. Super helpful with local tips.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

I arrived at the Royal Phoenicia Hotel, greeted by the friendly receptionist, Ibrahim, who made the check-in process effortless and welcoming.
However, the noisy music at night made it hard to enjoy my restful experience, especially after a long day of exploring.
